2) Roll in both directions along the lines of your face and body, pulling up the areas where the skin is soft.

- Adjust the tension of the rollers by raising or lowering the handle
- When pushing the rollers forward, gradually raise the end of the handle to increase the pull of the rollers. Lower the handle of you begin to feel discomfort.
- When pulling the rollers back, gradually lower the end of the handle to increase the pull of the rollers. Raise the handle if you begin to feel discomfort.
