We are unable to ship to multiple addresses for any single order. To ship to multiple addresses, customers must place a separate order for each address.

RETURN & REFUND

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to return or exchange any product that is defective. We do not offer refunds for any other reason. We will honor exchanges if the product is in the same condition as it was when purchased. If you received wrong item or the item you received was damaged, please contact us within 5 days from the date that you received the product and we will exchange or refund the purchase at no additional cost.

Any refused deliveries or incorrect addresses are subject to a restocking fee based on the selling price. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. All cancelled orders/items are subject to a 20% restocking/handling fee. Redeemed points/discount codes are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us by e-mail at taobeautystore@gmail.com with your order number. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
