Amount to be Used： One drop for the entire face

1 After cleansing the face, or after applying the lotion, take an adequate amount on the palm.

2 Warm the oil between the palms and take a deep breath covering your nose with the hands.

3 Moving both hands symmetrically, smooth the oil linearly from the sides of the nose to under the eyes, and from the temples to the parotid glands.

4 Moving both hands symmetrically, in an outward spiral motion, apply the oil from the center of the face, in the order indicated below.
4-1 Tip of the chin – under the ears
4-2 Under the nose – side of the ears
4-3 Sides of the nose – temples
4-4 Under the eyes – temples
4-5 Tip of the nose – between the eyebrows
4-6 Center of the forehead – temples

5 Cover the entire face with both hands to let the oil penetrate into the skin.
